One Last Hurrah
I feel like I never left y'all with something meaningful when I transferred over to Wordpress. I did a lame parody of the song "Goodbye Stranger" by Supertramp, due to my then-current infatuation with the episode "Goodbye Toby" from The Office. Well that's not cool at all.
Instead, I will give you my reason for leaving this nesting ground, which isn't all that exciting anyways, but whatever.
You see, it all started with a girl. A girl who shall remain nameless, but you can visit her blog. Don't tell her I sent you though.
This girl started out as a friend. A pretty good one, who was annoying at times and mean at others, but generally a good person and nice to hang out with. Then she became awkward, as she developed feelings for me, but I was in no state to reciprocate them long story – don't ask. Then she became my girlfriend, when I was finally able to reciprocate them. Then she became the love of my life as I spent more and more time and energy on her. I changed my ways to please her, I did all the stuff normal boyfriends do to please their girlfriends. Then, she fell out of love with me and I was heartbroken. But I still had a flicker of hope of winning her back. Then she fell in love with someone else and I became suicidal. Then I (sort of) accepted it, and now we are distant people, lost in our own worlds. Sad? Angry? Indifferent? Don't worry, I've covered all those bases many times in the past few months. But our situation now....well....whatever, you know? The point I'm trying to make is that I changed my blog address/blog host because I was unhappy with the lack of comments, unhappy with how the site looked, and nervous to see her reaction if she ever looked at some of my more....well....unhappy posts. And now, I've really grown attached to Wordpress. It seems a lot more professional, but it's also a lot slower to move around in. The price of quality, I suppose. My dear friend Terka loves the freedom that Blogdrive gives her. Me? I pine to be enslaved.
Peace out for now, Blogdrive citizens. Mayhaps I'll return to these sunny slopes when fair winds blow my way.
P.S. Blogdrive had a seizure when I was trying to post this and replaced all the spaces with % and bullshit. Let's hope it doesn't happen this time.
P.S.S. It did.

To Terka, for her wonderful help with HTML and CSS. This blog would look even worse than it does now without her. Cheers.
